The sales Manager Dennis is MARRIOTT STANDARD! We had a business trip here and stayed at the Hampton and I have never seen a manager go more than above and beyond than this gentleman here! Had a mix up with the meeting/conference room, booking/scheduling and Dennis saved us from a total disaster we ended up working that week in the smaller conference room which was exactly what we needed for what we were doing! He is so kind and polite and solved our issue in record timing, Every Employee we had interactions with were all Great everyone is so helpful and so professional ... Our company has been so impressed by how professional Dennis was throughout the week me and my team were here and has earned our company business for yrs to come when here in OKC!! The staff at this location is by far the best out of all the Hampton Inns I have stayed at, especially Jamel. Jamel was so incredibly helpful and kind, I had had several questions/needed help throughout my stay and without hesitation he had solutions. Thank you so much!!

I believe this is the Hampton Inn that we stayed at last weekend it was Percent Awesome Sara Brennon? had very good breakfast prepared for everyone. The people who worked at the Front Desk were Awesome too. There was a Sign in the Bathroom if you forgot your Toothbrush Shaving Cream etc. just to ask at the Front Desk and we asked and they provided. This will be the place we stay at if we go back to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Thanks To All Of You All & God Bless Everyone Always

Wonderful place, clean rooms, best breakfast I’ve had outta all the hotels I have stayed at. Customer service is exceptional!! Shlaunda and Jamel made my stay much more comfortable with their kindness and friendly welcoming smiles each time I came thru the door. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a great experience at the Hampton Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly what you’d expect—welcoming staff, good amenities, conveniently located near downtown and the mall making it a perfect location for a business meet up, and a nice atmosphere. I also worked with Dennis, the sales manager, and he made things easy. I met him on my trip here last year, since then he's been promoted, and for clear reason. He was professional, responsive, and straightforward, which I appreciated. He kept communication clear and helped make the process smooth without any headaches. Overall, the stay was excellent and Dennis was a solid point of contact. I’d definitely recommend this location to others. My husband was getting a BKA and we needed a reasonable priced room for 6am check in at hospital. They were helpful and kind. They went out of the way to accommodate us. Then after hospital couldn't get a room for 6 hrs I was too tired to drive home so I called and they got me one for that night! Wonderful breakfast and customer service. Very very happy with them.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn Oklahoma and I must say it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued. One of the standout moments was the lovely welcome gift pack they provided, which included a refreshing water bottle and some delicious snacks. This thoughtful gesture really made my stay special and is something I’ve never encountered at any other Hilton hotel The accommodations were top-notch, with comfortable bedding and a clean, stylish room that made me feel right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile Overall, my stay at Hampton inn exceeded my expectations.
